Structure of location management teams

Core responsibilities of EXCO

Within the framework of the global organizational policies and guidelines released by the International Senate, the Board, the Management Council and the Regional Office, the Executive Committee will:
  1. Serve the needs of the Board of Governors and the National Director in ensuring the smooth running of the MA
  2. Deal with workplace issues or concerns that require executive oversight – decide which issues stop at operational NA and which issues go further for board-level direction
  3. Work with the ND to identify policy, financial and regulatory risks and address them through the NMT and other levels of governance
  4. Oversee policy development pertaining to ethics, security guidelines, quality management, human resources, environmental and regulatory requirements
  5. Appoint ad-hoc committees to oversee special projects – provide leadership to these committees making sure that objectives are met;
  6. Ensure the completion and implementation of all policies across the organization
  7. As a leader of ad-hoc committees, receives and reviews status reports and then provides updates to the EXCO

Role of National Management Team

Within the framework of the global organizational policies and guidelines released by the International Senate, the Board, the Management Council and the Regional Office, the National National Management Team will:
  1. Provide leadership, guidance and support to the Programme Locations in the MA in implementing all approved brand aligned and binding policies, strategies, rules & regulations of the MA Eswatini
  2. Contribute to global, regional and national strategy development, support strategic and operational planning and approve the MA’s annual plan
  3. Participate in learning and knowledge sharing processes internally and externally.
  4. Monitor internal and external trends that affect the organization’s development – using SWOT and other analytical frames and tools
  5. Discuss and provide input on the MA’s allocation of funds and Programme Location funds budget frames
  6. Create and nurture a culture of accountability, virtual collaboration and delivery of results in the MA
